phone: (520) 314-4918I credit my own recovery from addiction and my trauma history as the life experiences that have influenced my ability to support others with empathy, compassion, and wisdom. My 20 years as a Psychotherapist and a Clinical Director have not only provided me counseling skills but also healing for myself. I believe that those who have suffered in their own lives are able to be more present with clients. I treat addictions, sexual addiction; trauma, PTSD, depression, traumatic grief, bereaved parents, relationship issues, and mood disorders. Sometimes I use Equine Therapy. Most of what I treat, I have personally experienced.
I have developed many specialty programs for trauma, abuse, PTSD, mood disorders, addiction, sexual addiction, and depression. I offer a two day couple's intensive and a five day intensive for individuals who are not ready for in patient treatment but need a thorough assessment, diagnosis, and customized treatment.
I have been in great therapy when suddenly the 50 minute hour comes and I am hurried out. I provide clients the75 minute hour for the cost of an hour. This insures adequate time to close the session with a solution and not rush. I also provide equine assisted psychotherapy.

Integrative Psychotherapy & Wellness, 4739 E Camp Lowell Dr, Tucson, Arizona
Every Thursday at 6:30pm - 8:30pm
$20 - $30 per session
It was sometime ago that I learned the painful arithmetic of life: gain and loss. Loss and suffering are part of everyone's life cycle and yet their is little in most lives that prepares us for some of our greatest losses. Some of us don't even realize when we are grieving and minimize our feelings. In this group, losses may include loss of a loved one, a pet, a job, rape, relocation, abortion, sexual abuse, empty nest syndrome, lifestyle, illness, identity, a role in life, and aging. Participants will learn about the grief process and tools for healing.
