“I am a seasoned therapist, trained in EMDR, Sand Tray and Thought Field Therapies. I have 40 years of experience working in inpatient and out patient mental health facilities. I strongly believe in offering an accepting, non judgemental environment in which clients can feel safe and develop a solid relationship. I also believe in being flexable in using a treatment methodology that best suits the client's needs. I enjoy working with both children and adults. The Family work I do, focuses mostly on the needs of parents of children with whom I am working.

I consider myself a Trauma Specialist. We experience trauma, large and small, throughout life, and those traumas often manifest themselves in clinical depression and anxiety both in childhood and later in life.”
