I view the counseling relationship as a sacred alliance that provides a safe place to explore and resolve challenging, difficult, or painful life issues and experiences. As your counselor, I will assist in identifying your emotional, psychological, and spiritual needs and developing specific goals to meet those needs, offering guidance, support, and encouragement along the way.

I focus on individuals and couples with such issues as addiction, grief, boundaries, communication skills, depression, anxiety, stress, and personality traits. I use an integrative therapeutic approach to help clients problem-solve, make decisions, improve personal effectiveness, heal relationships, gain understanding and insight, and develop new and healthier behaviors.

I am certified by the Louisiana LPC Board as a Counselor Supervisor. I also conduct presentations and workshops on The Labyrinth as a Spiritual Path, Spiritual Journaling, Creativity, Soul Painting, Tai Chi Chih, and Praying with the Anglican/Protestant Rosary. 3 LOCATIONS TO SERVE YOU: Minden, Haughton, and Shreveport, Louisiana.
