Do you wonder why you continue to feel or behave a certain way when you don't want to? Many times people can know intellectually that their feelings are too intense but no matter how much they want to let go they can't. They may know that what they do is not healthy but they find themselves repeating the same behaviors. The key is getting to the underlying cause-the gut level, emotional level and having the courage to address it. A very effective way of doing this is with EMDR.

I am an EMDR trained therapist and have been using it successfully for the last few years. This method is well researched and is effective in addressing many conditions, including PTSD. I am also an approved provider for Nebraska Probation and Parole providing evaluations and individual treatment.

Please feel free to call me or email me. I provide therapy in a non-judgemental, and compassionate manner.
