They may know that what they do is not healthy but they find themselves repeating the same behaviors. The key is getting to the underlying cause-the gut level, emotional level and having the courage to address it. A very effective way of doing this is with EMDR.

I am an EMDR trained therapist and have been using it successfully for the last few years. This method is well researched and is effective in addressing many conditions, including PTSD. I am also an approved provider for Nebraska Probation and Parole providing evaluations and individual treatment.
