Our current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors stems from our life experiences and when we want to make changes, it is important to understand how and why they began. In doing so, you and I can start working together to begin the healing process, which can be difficult and scary at times. As your therapist, I will help you to develop the skills and confidence to heal and move forward.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Guided Imagery, Visualization and Parts Psychology methods to help facilitate change and healing when working with clients. (see www.partspsychology.org for more information). If you have a difficulty with transportation, online counseling is an option that you can explore.
