Action has magic, grace, and power in it.(Goethe) I am passionate about psychotherapy because it frequently reminds me that magic, grace, and powerful change are possible. We all feel confused, stuck, or hopeless during the course of our lives. Personally and professionally my work confirms that we are designed to grow towards healing and authentic happiness. As the sources of suffering often originate from impairments or losses in our primary relationships,so the greatest potential in psychotherapy lies in the relationship between client and therapist.

My practice is based on deep respect, empathy, and attunement to the inner reality and wisdom of each client. I work successfully with a wide range of issues including personal growth, acute and developmental trauma recovery, parenting, adolescence, young adulthood, depression, addiction, physical and developmental disabilities,and relational support.

The methods I utilize provide a therapeutic network that is both deeply spiritual and innately practical. The modalities of expressive therapy, and techniques such as Brainspotting and EMDR offer unique possibilities to safely engage non-verbal resources to integrate connection from a cellular level and facilitate lasting transformation.
