You know you can be more productive and satisfied with life. We help professionals get back to being productive. I offer a complimentary 45-minute session. I will talk to you about what’s bringing you to therapy and what you are looking for in a therapist. I will match you with a therapist in our office. Usually, the first therapist is the best fit, however, if the first therapist is not the best fit, we easily allow you to schedule with a different therapist in our office.

We know this is the best approach to help you find the right therapist. We also know that the factor most associated with the best outcomes in therapy is the match between the client and the therapist, so we make sure that we prioritize matching you with the best fit possible. We are a group of therapists who are experts in reducing anxiety, worry and panic.

We have expertise in helping you gain insight and awareness about how past experiences have affected your current behavior and relationship patterns, as well as, expertise in teaching you skills and tools to cope with anxiety, depression and trauma memories. You can learn and create healthy drinking habits. We offer evening and weekend appointments.

When dealing with codependency it can be very hard to navigate relationships as you might be overly invested and worried about others to the point that you completely forget about yourself. Others become a priority and "YOU" end up in the back burner with the shorter end of the stick. In addition, this makes it hard to care for yourself. You may feel sad, angry, and resentful which leads you to engage in unhealthy patterns of behavior. This dysfunctional relational cycle only brings more pain to you and feelings of disappointed and betrayal from others.
