It has been said that a good therapist is more gardener than mechanic. We are not here to "fix" you, but to help you gently prune away the parts of you that no longer serve your growth, having been learned long ago. Within you already is an innate capacity to heal and stretch upward, given safety, compassion, and an unobstructed space to grow. I hope my office is a sanctuary where you can rediscover how much you already know, and add to that in ways that you choose.

In America right now our families are in an uproar. I practice many hours in the middle of "train wrecks", helping people back on track, so they can care for the parents of tomorrow. As a family facilitator,forensic social worker, coach, and marriage and family therapist, I can help.
