I am a caring and compassionate psychotherapist who provides therapy to children, adolescents and adults. My expertise includes treating anxiety, depression and issues involving self-esteem,stress management, parenting, separation, divorce, relationship and women's issues including prenatal and postpartum depression.
My goal is to help each client to live his or her best life possible. I provide a caring space where my clients feel safe, heard and understood. I engage my clients in a warm, nonjudgmental, supportive and respectful way, opening the path to self-awareness and to positive change.
I use a psychodynamic, humanistic and cognitive-behavioral approach in my treatment. Connecting to and establishing a relationship with a therapist with whom you feel comfortable is often the key to success in the therapeutic process.
