Prior to establishing my practice in Delaware, I lived and worked in the New York City area where I helped clients from various backgrounds to achieve a happier and more fulfilled life. I partner with each client to understand where he or she is "at", and then we work together to find the truths that can lead to freedom. I work with both individuals and couples, and have years of experience with both adolescents and adults. As a mother raising young children, I also have a unique perspective on parenting that I bring into my practice.
I have had much success in practice treating the mental and emotional side of Chronic Pain and related health concerns, and with individual and/or couples work on relationship issues. I also work with LGBT adolescents and adults on a wide range of issues, both personal and relational.
As a trusted therapist, it is my goal for each person with whom I work to feel completely understood and appreciated. Once this is achieved, it is possible to spread that confidence and self-love to many areas of one's life. I enjoy accompanying my clients on that journey.
