I offer counseling services for children, adolescents, families, and adults. I have experience treating a broad range of emotional and behavioral difficulties. My practice is founded on trust, compassion, warmth and humor. I am a strengths-based therapist, offering psychotherapy and play therapy. Insurance Accepted/Sliding scale.

Often people have empowering histories that can show them their own resiliency, their supports and role models, and ultimately can provide hope that things can improve. It is always a learning experience and an honor to be let into a client's world, and to see positive growth and change.

Play is often the way that children express how they are feeling, and what complexities they may be struggling with. Children will play through a sequence of the problem, and will need some assistance in overcoming fears or will be looking for a way to resolve their troubles through play.

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
