I have a PhD in Psychology from Sussex University, UK, and a Post-Doc. from York University, Toronto. I have been a professor of Psychology, and a psychotherapist for more than a decade. I also have experience in training students and other therapists in counseling skills.

I received extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Emotion Focused Therapy, Focusing Oriented Brief Psychotherapy, and Mindfulness, from the UK, USA, and Canada. I provide short-term solution-focused counseling as well as longer in-depth therapy. I am proficient in multiple languages including English, Urdu, Punjabi, Hindi, & Pushto.

I have a wealth of knowledge and experience in dealing with psychological and emotional concerns of persons with diverse ethnic, racial, and cultural backgrounds. Morning, evening, and weekend appointments are available. Fees are on a sliding scale for those who do not have access to private insurance.
