“I am trained in Contemplative Psychotherapy which is a blending of Western psychotherapy with Buddhist mindfulness and awareness practices. While traditional psychotherapy tends to pathologize pain and suffering and focuses on fixing symptoms the contemplative view is that we are intrinsically healthy but this sometimes becomes obscured by stress and trauma. The contemplative psychotherapy aproach is to remove the obstacles rather than analyze the problems.

I practice in a completely non-judgemental way and assist my clients in discovering their own health and awareness and teach them skills that allow them to tolerate the different mind states we all experience throughout our lives.

I was trained at a Buddhist University and have first hand knowledge of how powerful being your true self is. This is what I like to help my clients discover”
