“I started my private practice in 2004, where I see clients who seek help with depression, anxiety,PTSD,grief, addiction issues, loneliness, and existential questions and unhappiness with their lives. I work with children, adolescents, and adults. I help people gain personal insight and develop their strengths to alleviate their presenting issues. I like to brainstorm with clients options, goals and opportunities for solving problems. I believe the foundation for building strong families, relationships and communities is built upon Faith in God, and maintaining a healthy spiritual life.

I have over 15+ years of clinical experience working in Psychiatric Clinics,Community mental health centers,Alcohol & Drug agencies and recovery facilities. I specialize in working with PTSD clients, as well as Mental Health, and addictions. I hold a Doctorate of Divinity and am also an ordained minister, and Chaplain.

My counseling approach is unique according to the needs & personality of my client. I believe in innate wisdom and strength of each unique indvidual, that emerges as we work to remove barriers that keep clients "stuck."My main modality of therapy is,Cognitive Behavioral therapy,as well as faith based counseling.”
