“I use a brief therapy approach to help you deal with stuck situations in your life. I enjoy working with relationship issues and decisions related to careers and advanced education. I communicate with clients in a straightforward and open way. We may use handouts and online tools that relate directly to your situation. We focus on anything blocking progress. We may use personality and relationship mapping to get a new perspective. Our goals may include: increasing self-understanding; reworking any unhelpful beliefs and triggers from the past; empowering constructive action; and strengthening of your self-skills and relationship skills.

I am trained in Ericksonian hypnosis. I use Ericksonian strategies to help people learn relaxation skills, help them to be more centered and grounded, and to create their own positive visualization. I also specialize in helping couples with communication, boundaries, and overcoming negative patterns in their reactions to each other.
