“A great referral for me is someone who is ready to take on the challenge of growing and learning about themselves in an active manner. I work with each individual to utilize their unique strengths and abilities, helping to achieve maximum potential. I work extensively with depression, trauma and addictions.

Trauma is a largely overlooked contributor to many psychological difficulties and I use a variety of approaches to help overcome the sometimes devastating effects of trauma. I am a cognitive-behavioral, solution focused therapist by training, and I utilize a variety of approaches including EMDR, relaxation and a strengths focus.

I am located in Queen Creek and Gold Canyon, providing a closer option for those living in the more outlying areas.”

Taking the first step toward getting help is often the most difficult
