Would you like to feel more connected to yourself, others and the world you live in? Sometimes difficult moods, thoughts or circumstances seem to take over our lives and it's hard to remember what it's like to feel fully alive. I work with individuals and couples to help them access more of themselves to alleviate feelings of anxiety and depression and to cope better with stress.

I see therapy as a collaborative process. I work with you to discover your path of healing and wellbeing. I have many tools to assist in this process: EMDR, hypnotherapy, CBT and mindfulness are a few approaches that we may use. I am ASCH certified in hypnosis and level II EMDR.

I offer an environment of acceptance and curiosity. We will review your progress together to see if we are on the right path. I offer a free in person consultation for all new clients.
