I love this area because anxiety is treatable. Too many people live with the embarrassment and torment of panic, the constant worry of cumulative stress, or the pain of trauma. Anxiety can be linked to physical ailments such as irritable bowel and chronic pain. You don't have to live with it. I've helped many people break free of their anxiety to live happier, more productive lives. I'd like to help you.

I use an integrative approach to help my clients achieve relief as quickly as possible. Part of that approach may involve EMDR, a powerful method that has a direct effect on the way the brain processes information. Research has shown it to be an efficient and rapid treatment.

Having worked in Corporate America for more than thirty years, I have a first-hand knowledge of the rewards and challenges of that culture and can draw upon that knowledge to help my clients grow professionally and personally. I offer workshops on stress and anxiety management, and personal empowerment.”
