I treat clients who seek help with depression,anxiety,PTSD,grief, addiction issues, loneliness, and existential questions and unhappiness with their lives.I help clients gain introspection and develop strengths to alleviate their presenting issues. I believe the foundation for building families,relationships and communities is built upon faith in God, and maintaining a strong spiritual life. Office hours are 10am-6pm Mon-Friday. (By appointment only).

I have over 15+ years of clinical experience working in Psychiatric Clinics,Community mental health centers,Alcohol & Drug agencies and recovery facilities. I specialize in working with PTSD clients, as well as Mental Health, and addictions.

My counseling approach is unique according to the needs & personality of my client. I believe in innate wisdom and strength of each unique indvidual, that emerges as we work to remove barriers that keep clients "stuck."My main modality of therapy is,Cognitive Behavioral therapy,as well as faith based counseling.
