Thank you for considering my services.I am humbled to be chosen as a vessel for your hurts and pains.Counseling is difficult and challenging, but so worth the effort.It is important to understand that even though you are going through the pain, you will be offering benefit not only to yourself, but to generations following.When you make changes in how you cope, handle, react, or respond to a situation, you are making changes in your family, by demonstrating a new way. I am excited about helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, or relationship issues. My focus is on holistic healing which includes emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. It is such a blessing to witness when there is freedom from the oppression of hurts. My mantra is "think about your thinking".

I work with a clinical social worker, a chemical dependency counselor, and a psycho educational counselor. Groups are offered for children and adults ranging from social skills to anger management, boundaries and co-dependency. The hours are flexible with evenings and some weekends available, but these fill up fast.
