I am excited about helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, anger, or relationship issues. My focus is on holistic healing which includes emotional, cognitive, physical, and spiritual. It is such a blessing to witness when there is freedom from the oppression of hurts. My mantra is "think about your thinking".

I work with a clinical social worker, a chemical dependency counselor, and a psycho educational counselor. Groups are offered for children and adults ranging from social skills to anger management, boundaries and co-dependency. The hours are flexible with evenings and some weekends available, but these fill up fast.”
