The therapeutic interventions used can decrease depression, anxiety & life trauma, hopefully, improve relationships. I support strong families/marriages. Spiritual guidance is utilized in therapy upon request.
For more than 20 years I've treated individuals with depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, addictive issues, grief/loss in out-patient & residential settings. Mindfulness Meditation

Mindfulness Meditation group meets 1 time a week for 1 1/2 hrs (Monday morning) 10:00 am-11:30am. Group size 8; meets for 6 wks. An experiential group. Meditation will be practiced. Mindful meditation for relaxation and peace of mind will be utilized. Each session will provide a learning module, discussion/practice, sharing of experiences,& suggestions for improving your practice. Cost is $20.00 per session per participant.
