I believe most personal difficulties encountered in live can be reduced by the self awareness which often results from counseling and psychotherapy. In the context of the therapeutic relationship, the client examines patterns or behaviors which are currently not working, chooses and implements new behaviors.

I have extensive experience in dealing with depression, anxiety, codependency, relationship and intimacy issues, and life crisis/growth issues. My experience includes providing counseling and psychotherapy to adults, adolescents, and children; working with individuals couples and families.

My therapeutic approach varies depending on the client's needs. I am experienced in individual, conjoint and family techniques. I have specialized training in the principles of Jungian psychotherapy, Ericsson hypnotherapy, Life Span Integration, cognitive therapy and relaxation/stress reduction techniques.
