I often work with Adults, Teens, and Children on issues including, anxiety, addictions, and trauma, as well as schooling issues including ADHD and Asperger syndrome. I also assist through times of crisis, significant life transitions, emotional distress, relationship difficulties, and healing from abuse or trauma.

My private, professional office is conveniently located near Square One Mall. Evening appointments are available and my fees are discounted if you don't have access to private insurance. I provide short-term solution-focused counselling or longer in-depth therapy.

Anxiety Support Group

Every Tuesday at 7pm - 8pm
$20 - $20 per session

This group is a support group for those who are dealing with panic and anxiety on a daily level. Sessions are largely sharing and gaining comfort in the knowledge that these experiences are not so strange and you are not so alone. Come and experience some care and support with us. Please call ahead to make sure the schedule has not changed.
