I have been in private practice for 15 years. Prior, I was coordinator of a community mental health center for 13 years. In my 28 years of counseling I have experienced and observed which treatment I believe are effective. I call my practice Transformational Choice Therapies, Inc. Therapy begins with an eclectic, integrative approach to conventional therapy that can be tailored to the needs. In addition to these types of therapy, I offer a selection to new methods or "tools" for change. Just as one screw driver will not fix everything, I believe neither will just one therapeutic modality.

I have some new "Power" tools that are coming from the emerging field of Energy Psychology. Everything is energy and these mind-body, self-help techniques address the disruptions in energy and that runs around and through you.

Scientific research is proving these modalities are effective in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, etc., in addition, improving the quality of one's life. More important than all techniques and modalities is my commitment to compassionate care and sincere intention to serve the highest growth and good for my clients.
