My approach in therapy is strength-based and person-centered. I focus on the person's frame of reference and the assets brought to therapy. I also use cognitive-behavioral approaches. I am warm, empathic; yet straightforward in helping others in search of change and growth.

I put a strong emphasis on multicultural awareness and skills in my practice. My broad range of experience includes individual hypnosis and training in self-hypnosis techniques(Diplomate-Erickson Hypnosis); neuro-linguistic programing; stress and adjustment disorders; adolescent disruptive behavior; managing ADHD; mandated Family and Teen Court requirements.”
