“Whether you are experiencing marital problems, substance abuse issues, or mental health difficulties, my practical, supportive, and solution-focused approach can help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I provide evaluation, treatment, and referral for chemical dependency, family dynamics of addiction, process addictions (i.e., sexual addiction, codependency), and co-occurring disorders. I also specialize in treating couples and families for a wide range of difficulties, including issues such as conflicts, intimacy, emotional pain, infidelity, family business, step-family, and money conflicts. I work families in pre-marriage, marriage, divorce, and remarriage stages. I provide mental health counseling as well.

With compassion and knowledge of family systems and chemical dependency, I view addiction as chronic disease, community health issue, and relationship problem. Viewing marital/family difficulties from a systems perspective allows me to assist couples and families to move past blaming into real solutions that create change and restore family harmony.

Mental health counseling services are also provided. Mental health problems are often part of the dynamics of addiction and/or part of the dynamics of family problems. Being licensed in marriage/family therapy and alcohol/drug counseling provide unique qualifications for working with families with addiction issues.”
