Person-Centered Counseling

Helping to empower is a trusted relationship that develops in therapy. If we are not a "good fit" I will give you a referral to one of my peers who may assist you better. Therapy entails the "whole" person including nutritional needs as well as the benefits of exercise. When the focus of wholeness is addressed and corrected if need be, balance takes place and a positive mood is restored allowing an idividual to cope effectively with the changes that occur daily. We may be pre-disposed to many conditions, however, the latest research confirms my long standing belief that we are not powerless.
For over 20 years I have assisted individuals, couples, families who have been challenged with various emotional, mental, spiritual and relational issues. My training began at Oakland University in Psychology; continued at Wayne State graduate program. My experience is very diverse; children, geriatrics, addiction, families. Assessment is the key. With a correct diagnosis "hope happens."
Life experiences offer us a "degree" as well, however, no one cares how much you know, until they know how much you care.....I invite you to call and see the difference that caring makes. Your first step begins with a phone consultation because "hope happens here."
