I practice Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT, a form of CBT). It's an action-oriented approach to managing cognitive, emotional, & behavioral disturbances. It is largely our thinking that leads to emotional/behavioral upset. Individuals will be taught how to examine & challenge their unhelpful thinking which creates unhealthy emotions & behaviors.

I am a Certified Counsellor (#0540) with the Canadian Counselling & Psychotherapy Association (CCA). I am also a member of the Canadian Psychological Association (CPA), American Psychological Association (APA), Academy of Cognitive Therapy (ACT), Association for Behavioral & Cognitive Therapies (ABCT), and I am a Professional Affiliate of the Albert Ellis Institute.
