Ms. Phyllis Nunoo-Williams

I have 26 years experience in the counseling field and was a psychotherapist at a community mental health center for thirteen years. Client are helped to gain insight, obtain clarity, replace negative self-talk with positive self-talk, make better choices, achieve inner and outer peace, etc. I work mostly with adults but also work with youths 9 years and older. Currently, I work as a part-time contract therapist at New Day Youth and Family Services where I work with adults, children, and families. My practice offers individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and family therapy.

My practice specializes in depression, women's issues. and recovery from childhood abuse. I believe that I am good at stablizing those clients in need of it, in a reasonable amount of time. I love people and am passionate about my work.

Most insurances are accepted and I am a provider for numerous EAP companies ( services are paid for by the employer and free to clients). Evening appontments are available.
