Rachael Coffin Fahey

Counselor , MA , LMHC

(508) 533-4141
I am a licensed mental health counselor specializing in the treatment of children, adolescents, and their families. I strive to provide a safe, respectful, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment where people can express themselves and explore their personal challenges. I use an integrated therapeutic approach, drawing upon evidence-based treatment interventions that are tailored to the individual's style and needs. I offer parent management training and collaborate with schools. It is important to me to provide treatment that allows for my clients to recognize their strengths, gain control of their behaviors, and reach their full potential.
I am trained in CBT, DBT, and ABA. For over 10 years, I have worked with children and adolescents in public schools, hospitals, and residential settings. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, grief/loss, trauma, parenting/family issues, and stress management.
In addition, I have a special interest and expertise in working with teen and college aged girls.
