Rachel Beth Thomas

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and I provide Therapy with Heart. I have a passion for helping people grow and make changes in their life which will be clear from the minute you first make contact. My style of therapy is unique because it focuses on working with you to find YOUR answers...whatever they may be. It takes courage to decide to enter therapy and until you feel safe and comfortable, it is challenging to create change. Therefore, I structure the session around mindfulness, emphasizing strengths, and collaborating together on the work.

I specialize in couple's therapy, infertility, and grief. I create a safe space to work on your relationship challenges through a model called Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy. I believe that if you are investing time and emotional energy into therapy then there is a strong possibility of success.

I am licensed in Arizona and California as a Marriage and Family Therapist. I have worked with a diverse population with various life stressors such as depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, and various personal growth issues. I am an American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) Approved Supervisor.
