I work with couples across the fluid spectrum, and in monogamist and consensual non-monogamy relationships.

I've worked with couples for 15 years. My approach is based in Humanistic and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy. The benefits of working with these two modalities is a combination of increased self awareness and gaining the practical tools needed to improve communication, tap into desire and achieve more personal satisfaction.
