“I have been in practice for 10 years and have worked with a variety of issues. Life is hard and we want our lives and relationships to be healthy and good. Sometimes we lose sight of what is important in life and become complacent, depressed, lost. I am a direct, solution-focused therapist who can help you get back on track. People who see me have a variety of concerns: gaining self-awareness, anxiety/depression, relationship concerns and more. I think therapy can be very powerful in discovering our true selves and what we want out of life.

I believe in setting goals with my clients as a guide for where we are headed. I use cognitive and psychodynamic techniques to explore one's past and how it affects the now. My interest in addictions has led me to the field of sex and love addiction.

I am very direct with my clients which assists in the process of therapy. I am honest and open and partner with you to achieve the goals we have set together. I want the best for my clients and I feel honored to share in their sadness, hopes and dreams.”
