Dr. Rene Robertson

Providing a warm, safe and supportive professional environment in which to explore your current concerns and reconnect with your strengths to cope with these. As a clinical psychologist I provide professional skills and a nurturing relationship for clients to examine their current problems, gain perspective and develop the necessary insight and skills to master their life. I have specialized training and experience in marriage and couples therapy and work with families to enhance relationships and resolve conflict.

I practice using a strength-based, collaborative approach. Treatment focuses on developing insight into recurring patterns, understanding human development, building on strengths and developing personal coping strategies.

My personal strengths include knowledge of a variety of presenting issues and integrative treatment options. These include relationship issues, depression, anxiety, transitions/adjustment issues, sexual orientation and identity and working through grief. My prior training and experience as an educator, includes early childhood education, elementary education and graduate level college instruction.
