My practice is based on maintaining a safe and confidential environment to assist the process of healing. Everyone during sometime in thier life has experienced a need to learn more about themselves and grow as a person. I enjoy empowering people to be emotionally healthy.
What is unique to my practice is interactive. I use the practice of Yoga to assist with relaxation and breathing. Yoga works very well with children. I am also certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing. This particular form of treatment decreases emotional responses to trauma and decreases anxiety.
