My role as your therapist is to help you access your inner resources for healing as well as provide you with tools and insights to accomplish your goals. I use techniques based on my training in family systems,biofeedback,gestalt therapy, Ericksonian hypnosis, Energy psychology and EMDR. You will learn new gateways to inner awareness and skills to reduce anxiety and depression.Together we will identify your goals and develop a healing plan for you and your relationships.
If you are suffering from anxiety I will teach effective relaxation techniques. With Energy Psychology you will learn to rebalance your entire mind/body system to respond in healthy ways to old issues. Couples and families learn to resolve conflicts effectively and improve their communication by participating in solution focused therapy.
