“Some people have some "crazy" ideas about love. Some people believe in the fantasy of a perfect partner. Some believe that true love is supposed to be easy. Many believe that conflict should be avoided at all costs. These expectations create a lot of suffering. My name is Rhonda Audia and I am a clinical social worker. I have been helping individuals and couples develop more satisfying relationships for over 25 years. I have developed a model called "The Guru For Two Counseling Process" to provide enlightened relationship counseling to individuals and couples.
The Guru For Two knows "Four Relationship Truths": 1)Relationships are the source of our psychological health and happiness. 2) There are FOUR STAGES of relationship, to progress from me/you to WE; 3)Conflict is normal and necessary to achieve true intimacy; 4)When you stop trying to change your partner, your relationship has a chance to change.
Please check out my website to learn more about these concepts. I will help you develop the three necessary relationshp skills:ACCEPT, ATTUNE, and AFFIRM. The goal is to help clear your mind of the unhelpful, open your heart and empower you with tools to make your relationship both closer and more resilient.”
