“Are you falling apart, stuck or at a crossroads? Have you tried to change problem behaviors, but had no luck? I start where you are, and together we map out a route to where you want to be. Using a variety of approaches and techniques, I assist you in addressing the obstacles standing in the way of thriving. This can include EMDR, a research-backed therapy that often works for people who have made slow progress or not benefitted from more traditional therapies. My goal is to get you back to your best life as quickly as possible.

I have an open, spiritual manner, and I offer hope and healing in a gently humorous and accepting way that eases pain. I am very relational and at times draw on my own life experience, including infertility, adoption and dealing with a loved one's addiction.

I have offices in Wheaton and Chicago and serve clients from DuPage, Kane and Cook Counties. I am also a trained Divorce and Family Mediator, approved with the Family Courts in DuPage and Kane Counties.”
