My goal is to help people solve their problems and reach their goals while realizing greater happiness. After 30+ years, I am more passionate about therapy than ever. I try to give clients an unforgettable experience that will help them become the person they want to be. In every session . . . I strive to bring about a personal breakthrough, focusing on real change techniques, and assisting my clients in moving closer to their therapeutic objectives. I approach each person as a unique individual who deserves to be heard and valued at the highest possible level of care and concern.

My counseling practice has always focused on young people and adults. I work with children and teens, and I offer both family and marital therapy. I provide individual counseling and offer brief, solution-focused therapy designed to get at the root of the problem as quickly as possible.

Helping people to find new meaning and purpose in life, make difficult life transitions, and recover lost dreams gives me great joy! I sometimes use clinical hypnotherapy to facilitate healing from traumatic experiences and access inner healing states to overcome pain and suffering. I follow the Golden Rule in everything.
