“As a behaviorally oriented practicioner, I focus on the factors that maintain the referral behaviors. I am trained in evidence based models for the treatment of Panic, Anxiety, PTSD, Depression, Substance Abuse, Family/Couples therapy. I have a focus on the here and now and spend time in treatment with practicing new ways to behave and think. I use social supports in almost all of my interventions to help you maintain the behavior change you want to happen. My typical treatment length is 8-12 sessions. My goal is to have you learn how to manage what brought you to treatment.

My Maritial therapy approach combines research driven skills training with acceptance approaches. My treatment of anxiety disorders is consistent with a counter conditioning and exposure based approaches. Also my child and adolecent treatment uses a family system approach. I use behavioral couples therapy, relapse prevention and contingency management techniques for substance abuse.

I am a former Air Force Psychologist with experience debriefing Ative Duty Military members returning from Somali, Iraq, and Afghanistan. I have evening and weekend hours.”
