My training and education was in Family Counseling and Therapy. I am certified in Ericksonian Hypnosis and the treatment of Military Service based PTSD I have extensive experience in use of therapeutic relaxation and guided imagery. Each process and technique supports the other for more effective treatment.
I have been using EMDR in my practice since 1996. I am awed by its power to free a person from the cycle of anxiety, panic, pain, anger, fear...drug and/or alcohol abuse. As a psychotherapist, with 30 years of experience, it is the treatment of choice for brief effective outcomes.
