Dr. Richard W. Rodgers

I work with a wide range of adults with various backgrounds and problems. I enjoy diversity in my practice: people going through traumas, situational crises, domestic trouble or experiencing unusual stress. I am also available for doing couples work, psychological testing and bariatric assessments prior to surgery. I can focus on immediate management of the situation or longer term changes. I see GLBT clients and those struggling with gender or identity issues. I have always enjoyed working with our senior citizens who have much wisdom and are usually hard workers at whatever they do.

My specialties are in treating anxiety, depression and grief, and see individuals who have experienced trauma. I am Board Certified in Clinical Psychology and am on the National Register of Health Care Providers in Psychology. Membership in both the American Psychological Association and the Minnesota Psychological Association.

I believe that good health is dependent on several factors in one's life. Everyone is different. I try to help people develop what best fits them, their lifestyle and situation. I enjoy working with individuals and couples who may be struggling to find answers to life problems.
