My therapy style is interactive and direct. I have witnessed many people make significant changes in their lives aided by psychotherapy. I am sensitive to addictive disorders and problems such as depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I convey optimism with realistic feedback for people who find themselves at a crossroads in life by enhancing a sense of meaning, awareness, and hope.
