“When you are struggling, you need to have your feelings heard and validated. I offer a full range of counseling services for depression, anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties. I also provide screenings and assessments for mood disorders and other mental health issues. I teach stress management and mind-body coping skills and believe in therapy as a process for each person. I have over 12 years experience helping people. My goal is to listen and help with insight and solutions for change. I refer patients to the appropriate medical, mental health, and health care resources as necessary.

I highly respect client confidentiality and strive to assist all my clients to feel and be their best. As a Counselor-Therapist, I'm here so you can talk in a safe, supportive and caring environment. I am a Level 1 & 2 trained EMDR Practitioner.

I have a Master's of Science in Art Therapy from Emporia State University, Emporia. It is approved by the American Art Therapy Association (AATA), I have a Master's of Arts in Counseling and Marriage & Family Therapy from MidAmerica Nazarene University in Olathe, Kansas.
