I treat patients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and OCD spectrum problems. I am a professional member of the International Obsessive Compulsive Disorder Foundation (IOCDF) and a graduate of the IOCDF Behavior Therapy Institute which provides state-of-the-science training and consultation specifically for the treatment of OCD and spectrum disorders. I also enjoy working with people who have Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder with Agoraphobia, and Social Anxiety. I am happy to speak with potential patients by phone to see if I am likely to be able to help.

My treatment for OCD is an evidence-based treatment called Exposure with Response Prevention (ER/P). This is considered by the IOCDF to be the treatment of choice for OCD. I use this treatment with all OCD/Spectrum patients but each treatment is tailored to each patient's specific needs.

When medication is indicated I work closely with medical professionals so that our treatments work effectively together. My clinical style is collaborative and active and I encourage the same with patients. I educate patients about their particular disorder and co-create a treatment plan that is suited to their specific needs.
