“I hold psychotherapy as a cooperative, relational process between client and therapist which involves a profound attunement of the therapist with the client. With sensitivity, empathy, skill, and compassion, I help individuals resolve a wide range of life challenges and issues, with special attention to the treatment of traumatic emotional conditioning. Working with an integration of complementary methods, including Brainspotting, hypnotherapy, EMDR, behavioral strategies, as well as insight and transpersonal therapies, I draw from almost forty years of clinical experience to incorporate what is most helpful, respectful, and effective for each client.

My specialty is the treatment of psychological, spiritual, emotional, behavioral, and medical conditions which have been shaped by the experience of traumatic life events. I prefer to work wholistically, with attention and respect for the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions of the human experience.

I have been working professionally as a psychotherapist for almost forty years. I have found that Brainspotting is a powerful and effective tool for the treatment of a wide range of psychological, emotional, and somatic issues through the activation of the intrinsic healing resources of the human nervous system.”
