“Life sometimes presents us with difficult challenges. As a psychologist with over 25 years experience, I am here to help you find meaningful solutions to life's hurdles. My practice focuses on teenagers and adults and I provide both individual and group therapy. In therapy with me you will learn about yourself and develop skills to manage difficult feelings, life transitions, challenges in relationships and career/work related issues. I am committed to helping others lead fuller and more balanced lives. My active, caring and collaborative approach to psychotherapy empowers others to make positive changes in their lives and relationships.

I specialize in treating women's issues, eating disorders, depression, the effects of abuse and trauma, women's health/reproductive concerns, gay and lesbian issues and life transitions including separation/divorce. I offer executive coaching to women in leadership positions and provide workshops on stress managment and team building to organizations.
