“A Clinical Psychologist over 20 years. My focus is anxiety, depression, Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder, relationships,PTSD,& Panic Disorder. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)is highly effective with anxiety,Obsessive Compulsive Disorder,PTSD,& Panic and depression. For those interested, there is a spiritual meaning to anxiety and depression. I offer Holistic Therapy, combining therapy and spiritual (non religious) guidance. For couples a mix of CBT, Gestalt & communication coaching is effective.Whatever method used, healing old wounds releases new energy for learning skills and knowledge needed to overcome old habits that interfere with the best we can be. Fees: use insurance OR $125/session.

CBT is about overcoming old mental habits that just seem to say -this is reality- not what you want but what you keep getting. You CAN learn new ways to reason-through a difficult or painful situation to get to a new and better outcome.I can help you do that.

In addition to the highly effective CBT,there are natural ways to control anxiety and stress. Including guided meditation, guided imagery, natural herbs & supplements, breathing exercises & relaxation exercises. These same methods modify nervous system habits and reduce stress.I teach this when a wholistic approach is chosen.”
