Anger is a normal reaction to some discomfort. When it causes pain to you or another it may be destructive. When angry behavior is excessive or prolonged it has become rage. Both destructive anger and/or rage can have significant relationship, employment, and health costs. We work with clients with anger issues to live happier lives, enjoy better relationships, and increased personal efficiency.
Many profess to offer anger management skills. We have dedicated our practice to helping others overcome destructive anger and/or rage. We use a proven methodology and curriculum. We use a combination of treatment settings. We also administer a validated psychometric assessment to help measure your progress in the program.
Our Director is a licensed Psychotherapist. In addition, he was certified as an Anger Management Facilitator by the leading expert in Anger training in the nation. Reverend Williams is also an ordained member of the clergy and offers a spiritual dimension to our work.

This will be our adult Anger Management group. This will be an experiential and didactic group. The group uses the 12 step model for structure. In addition, the group uses the "Navigating the Troubled Waters" workbook. We accept court referred and self referred group members.
