“I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in practice for 30 years. I have the privilege of seeing people who want something in their lives to change and helping guide them down the path they choose that works to create this change. Counseling individuals, couples and families experiencing relationship, communication issues are a specialty. I have specialized training in couple communication, family wellness and establishing healthy relationships. People struggling with anxiety, depression and other problems have benefited from my strength-based perspective that allows each person to grow and develop an understanding of themselves and function in a better way.

Teaching communication techniques and dealing relationship issues are two area of practice that I enjoy. I have seen people suffering from depression, bipolar illness, anxiety benefit from learning about how to relate to others differently and communicate better.

I am certified in several marital,premarital and communication programs that teach both communication and relational skills.”
